Generally, orders are received 3 to 5 Business Days (exclude Saturday and Sunday in your day count) after they are placed. How can I have my order delivered on a specific day? Please choose only 2-Day or Next-Day shipping during checkout and specify the desired delivery date in the "Comments" section during checkout; we will do our best to accommodate. What is the shipping cut-off time each day? Orders shipping with Next-Day or 2-Day Delivery which are received by 3pm CST on Monday through Friday are processed for shipping that same day (unless warm weather prohibits us from shipping over the weekend). Orders shipping with Standard Delivery are usually processed within two days of receipt. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us for specific details by email. Do you ship to PO Boxes? No, FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes. Can I track my shipment? Yes, once your order is shipped we will email a shipment tracking number. Will the courier company leave my shipment if I am not there when they deliver? Yes. All shipments are sent with a "signature release", meaning if someone is not available to sign for the package, it will be left at the door. We strongly recommend that you ensure someone will be available on the estimated delivery day to sign for the package. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from packages left unattended. May I include a message? Yes, we would be delighted to customize one of our complimentary gift cards with the message of your choice. You may write your message for the card during check-out How do you keep the chocolate from melting during shipping? We protect our chocolate from temperature extremes. During warm-weather we pack our chocolate in insulated shipping containers with frozen gel packs to prevent melting. Please note that a Warm-Weather-Shipping fee of $7 will be added to your order to cover the cost of insulating materials during warm weather. Which methods of payment do you accept? We accept Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express® and Discover®. Sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders. Is my credit card and account information secure?
